Role responsibilities
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring service delivery is timely, accurate and exceeds expectations
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing proactive advice and support
- Reviewing and finalising accounts, tax computations and management reports
- Leading and developing a team of junior and senior accountants
- Working closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for client growth and added value
- Ensuring all client work is compliant with current regulations and internal quality standards
- Supporting the wider firm with business development, proposal writing and networking

Candidate requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified with proven post-qualification experience in practice
- Strong technical skills across accounts, tax and general advisory
