My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Deputy General Manager for one of their flagship sites in Surrey.

For thisDeputy General Managerrole, they require someone who has:

• Previous experience in a management role within contract catering

• Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Experience managing a large team of FOH and BOH staff

• The desire to grow within a forward thinking company
