Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring science lessons that cater to the needs of all students across different key stages.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and a love for science.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and tailored support to ensure academic development.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to develop curriculum materials and coordinate science activities and projects.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school training events.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and integrate new teaching methods and technologies into your practice.
- A recognised teaching qualification in Science (e.g., PGCE, BEd).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for Science.
