A highly respected law firm in Surrey is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding and well-established team.The Role: You will manage a varied and complex caseload, including:
  • Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning
  • Probate & Estate Administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Tax planning for high-net-worth individuals
In addition to running your own files, you will play a key role in mentoring junior members of the team and contributing to the ongoing development of the department.The Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years’ PQE with a strong background in private client law
  • STEP qualification or working towards (preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage complex and high-value matters
  • Excellent communication, client care, and interpersonal skills
  • Ambition to grow within a firm that encourages leadership and progression
