We are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to work on a short contract for our client in Surrey.
- Process tenancy applications and conduct reference checks.
- Draft tenancy agreements
- Manage deposit releases.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Upload documents and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Respond to tenant and landlord inquires, coordinate viewings, and diary management.
- Arrange routine inspections and deal with property maintenance.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations related to gas safety, electrical inspections, and energy performance certificates.
- Answering phones, managing files, and supporting the lettings team with various administrative duties.
