We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our client's Installation Department. This full-time role is essential for maintaining high levels of control, monitoring, and performance consistency within the department. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the existing installations team by managing the daily operations, including engineer diaries, timesheets, and associated paperwork. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this position.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Approve engineer timesheets and allocate work to engineers, electricians, and builders.
  • Run weekly job status reports to ensure all works are planned and completed, with relevant paperwork received.
  • Plan daily works for engineers, electricians, and builders, managing their diaries effectively.
  • Confirm appointments with residents daily and handle direct communications with clients via phone and email from all current contracts.
  • Ensure all issued works have the necessary information and materials ordered for completion.
  • Check clients' asbestos registers when required and raise orders for sub-contractors while approving their timesheets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.
  • Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
