This is a key position supporting the day-to-day running of the business, offering real variety and the chance to make the role your own. You’ll enjoy a friendly working environment, a close-knit team, and the opportunity to play a central role in the success of our growing company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Ensure the smooth, efficient running of the office
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming emails and phone enquiries
  • Greet and assist visitors to our showroom
  • Keep brochures and product information in the showroom well-stocked and up to date
  • Order office and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms
  • Follow up on client quotes and assist with chasing overdue invoices
  • Produce regular sales reports and provide sales data analysis
  • Manage facilities and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Oversee fire safety checks and renew supplier agreements
  • Maintain staff holiday and sickness records
  • Collaborate closely with our Installers to ensure seamless service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
