Energy Modelling Specialist
We are partnering with an extremely fast-growing, well-established sustainability consultancy with exciting plans, now on the lookout to appoint an Energy Modelling Specialist. This is an incredible opportunity to join a forward-thinking, dynamic, and thriving team.
This is a role is ideal for a highly organised and technically proficient professional, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Possessingextensive expertise in IES VE software along with a strong background in energy modelling, sustainability assessments, and technical reporting within a consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thermal modelling, TM54/TM52 assessments, and produce non-domestic EPCs
- Conduct Passive Design Analysis and LZC feasibility studies
- Advise clients on achieving BREEAM energy credits (e.g., ENE 01, ENE 04)
- Deliver NABERS UK assessments
- Prepare high-quality technical reports and work independently to meet project deadlines
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in IES VE software and energy modelling
- Detail-oriented and technically strong
- Strong understanding of BREEAM and NABERS UK assessments
- Proven ability to deliver energy assessments and sustainability solutions
- Comfortable working autonomously and in a consultancy setting
