Your new role
This organisation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Administrator to support the HR department through a period of sickness cover. Initially, this position will be for 4 weeks.
You will handle day-to-day tasks, internal and external requests and enquiries, maintain and update employee records, and manage databases with accuracy.
This is a part-time role between 15 and 22.5 hours per week. Working hours are flexible between 8:30am and 5pm, with core hours from 10am to 4pm.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an administrative HR function.
- Knowledge of recent legislation.
- Excellent communication, accuracy and attention to detail.
