Role Purpose:
As an Account Executive, you will drive business growth within the UK Nuclear Decommissioning sector. You'll manage relationships with key customers, including NDA, site license companies, and Tier II suppliers. Working closely with the Sales Director, you will develop account plans, identify new business opportunities, and maintain ongoing relationships with stakeholders to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the nuclear decommissioning sector.
Develop and execute account plans aligned with the business's strategic goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including collaborative ventures and joint partnerships.
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issues, escalating when necessary.
Communicate effectively with clients through email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Attend internal contract reviews and sales meetings, contributing to strategic discussions.
Maintain accurate customer data and provide regular reports to the Sales Director.
Travel within the UK and internationally as required to strengthen client relationships.

Person Specification:
Experience: 4+ years in a similar sales or account management role within the energy/nuclear sector.
Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills, with a proven ability to exceed targets.
Attributes: Proactive, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a can-do attitude.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and internationally.
Security: Must undergo baseline security checks.

Desired Experience:
Experience in selling emerging technology solutions, particularly hardware-based.
Established network within the energy sector, with relationships at key decision-making levels.
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
