The ideal Sous Chef will need to have a blend of fresh food restaurant experience as well as some banking / events experience.
Sous Chef Highlights of the Role:
- Salary upto £35k DOE
- 45 hours
- 3 x 9am – 4pm shifts and 2 x 9am – 10pm
- Happy to take a Junior Sous on for first Sous Chef role
