Job Requirements
  • Taking ownership of a portfolio of audit clients
  • Delivering high-quality audits through fieldwork and finalisation
  • Supporting on-site audit teams and leading smaller jobs
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and reviewing their work
  • Building strong client relationships and resolving queries with confidence
  • Using a range of software, including IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
  • Managing your own workload and keeping managers updated
  • Gaining exposure to wider practice work including accounts prep, tax returns, and VAT
  • Assisting with ad hoc assignments to support the wider team

  • ACCA / ACA part-qualified or currently studying
  • Qualified by experience also considered
  • Confident with audit software (Xero, Sage, etc.)
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
