Hours: 8am-4pm -37.5 total hours per week

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to meet financial reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in timely and accurate payment processing
- Manage daily accounts payable functions
- Support with European bank reconciliations
- Maintain up-to-date supplier information
- Aid in meeting VAT requirements for European operations
- Verify changes in supplier banking details
- Provide assistance during colleagues' absences
Qualifications:
- A Level / Graduate standard, or equivalent
- Currently studying towards an accounting qualification (AAT or equivalent)
- Basic accounting experience, whether through study, business, or practise
Skills Needed:
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities
- Proficiency in IT packages (Microsoft, Sage, Datacor, etc.)
