Reed in Colchester are delighted to be supporting our client seeking an ambitious and willing Administrator to support their Commercial Managers. This role is based in Colchester and offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right approach and application to join an exciting company as they rapidly expand nationwide.

Day-to-day of the role:•    Provide support to the Commercial Managers who negotiate the agreements with suppliers•    Liaise directly with the Commercial Director and complete administrative tasks as required•    Deliver guidance to both managers and estimators in their pricing and queries•    Work alongside the Product File team to create pricing structures that enable the sales staff to trade competitively•    Undertake various report writing and analytical duties as required•    Serve as a point of contact for all suppliers to help deliver their message to staff and customers•    Balance multiple projects at once and ensure that deadlines are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:    Experience in a similar role is preferred.    A confident level of IT competency.
