I am looking for an experienced administrator to join a small and friendly team near Tiptree. You will be based in their office working 35 hours a week to help assist the team with any admin tasks. The company are within the travel industry and they are looking for someone positive, resourceful and professional to join them.Details/Benefits:

Main Duties:
  • Provide administrative support across departments, ensuring smooth office operations
  • Handle client correspondence and enquiries professionally via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation
  • Support tour coordinators with any pre tour requirements
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within a busy office or customer-facing environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database/CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
