- Issue renewal quotations and follow up to retain business from current clients
- Responding to new enquiries from clients.
- Follow up clients who have requested a maintenance offer.
- To follow up on quotations submitted to clients.
- To respond to client enquiries in a professional and polite manner.
- Liaise with other departments in a timely and professional manner either by email or phone.
