Production Operative - 13.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
In this hands-on role, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are key. Your daily tasks will include:

Accurately measuring and cutting materials
Operating various production machinery and tools
Using handheld devices, tablets, and digital platforms
Taking photographs of each job at specific production stages
Loading, stacking, wrapping, and palletising goods for dispatch
Maintaining clean and organised workspaces
Following all health and safety protocols, including wearing PPE
Promptly reporting any safety concerns, faults, or deviations

Reliable, adaptable, and hardworking
Comfortable using tools and following detailed procedures
Physically fit and capable of manual handling and standing for long periods
Experienced in a production or manufacturing environment
A clear communicator, both verbally and in writing
