- Sourcing candidates
- Making contact with new and interested candidates
- Pre-Screening Applicants
- Management and completion of candidate administration
- Ensure that applicants are registered and selected in accordance with Company procedure and the hiring client's requirements
- Providing an excellent customer service experience for all contacting Bright Selection
- Answering inbound and making outbound telephone and teams calls
- Client mapping and research
- Liaising and working with consultants on research for new assignments
- Support on social media campaigns and company events
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Strong communication skills, liaising with workforce & management
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Good attention to detail
- Previous relevant experience or previous admin experience
- Flexibility in hours to support business requirements and attend meetings / training if required
- Experience in working with AI
