£27,000 per annum
Full-time | Monday – Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm
Outskirts of Colchester – own transport required
We’re supporting a successful and growing business on the outskirts of Colchester who are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service & Office Administrator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied role, supporting customers and internal teams, and being part of a friendly, supportive office environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
- Processing orders and updating customer details
- Managing paperwork, filing and general administrative duties
- Supporting the wider office team with day-to-day tasks
- Liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Providing updates on orders, deliveries and queries
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in customer service, office support or administration
- Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly telephone manner
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Someone reliable, positive and team-focused
