This is a great opportunity for a passionate hardworking Sous Chef to progress their career within a prestigious company and contribute to a highly skilled brigade of chefs.
You will have a strong and consistent kitchen background in a similar establishment, working with fresh food, in a busy environment The ideal Sous Chef will have a real passion for high level cuisine and fantastic food presentation. Whilst being able to work in a team, they should take their own initiative. Be innovative with concepts and ideas, always looking to better the current standard whilst remembering their target audience. They should also be looking to grow and develop alongside this blossoming business.
