Assure Personnel are supporting a leading supplier of merchandise to hire a Business Development Manager to be based in the Colchester office.
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, expanding the customer base, and contributing to revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include re-engaging with lapsed clients and introducing the company to new prospects.
We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual who excels at forging strong professional relationships. You'll be confident initiating contact-whether that's through cold calls, networking, or representing the company at industry events. Equally target-focused and relationship-oriented, you'll bring energy and initiative to every stage of the sales cycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be expected to:
