- Drive branch performance, hitting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of negotiators and valuers
- Deliver a strong listing pipeline and maintain consistent stock levels
- Promote the branch within the local area, building long-term client relationships
- Analyse local market activity and competitor performance
- Oversee compliance, H&S and reporting across the branch
- Work closely with senior managers to contribute to wider business goals

- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential estate agency at Senior Negotiator level or above
- Proven leadership experience and team development skills
- Strong local market knowledge and a head for numbers
- Confident with CRM systems, sales reporting and pipeline management
- Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle)
- £30,000-£32,500 basic salary (DOE)
- Uncapped OTE, realistically £60,000+
