We are seeking an experienced sales consultant for a travel company located in Witham.
The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills and have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in sales or the travel industry.
This full-time position offers a starting salary of approximately £25,000, along with commission based on sales performance.
The role involves delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers with bookings, and maintaining CRM systems.
Candidates must have their own transport due to the job location and should be comfortable meeting sales and KPI targets.

We are looking for an experienced sales consultant to join a travel company based in Witham! This is a role perfect for someone with strong customer service skills, ideally within a sales or travel background, looking for a new challenge.The role is office based working Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00 with free onsite parking! Starting salary for the position will be circa £25,000 plus commission based on sales targets.Duties will include:

Delivering top customer service via various communication channels
Helping customers book services and trips
Be the first point of contact to new and existing customers
Helping increase sales to customers using various methods
Maintain and update CRM systems

Experience needed:

2+ years experience within a customer service based role
Ideally some experience within events, travel or educational industry
Excellent telephone manor and ability to use computer software’s
Working to and meeting sales/KPI targets
Sales experience
