Cnc Operator

All Square Recruitment are seeking experienced CNC Operators for an established manufacturing company in Colchester, Essex.

CNC Operator - Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating CNC Machinery, primarily Laser Cutting Machines and CNC Punching Machines.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conducting quality checks on finished components using appropriate measuring tools.
• Performing routine maintenance checks to ensure machine efficiency.
• Adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations within the workshop.
• Working proactively as part of a team to meet production targets

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator is essential.
• Experience operating CNC Laser Cutting Machinery (preferred).
• Experience operating CNC Punching Machinery (preferred).
• Ability to work independently on the late shift schedule (2pm-10pm).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A proactive and positive attitude.

Regular Overtime will be available!
