Get ready to inspire the next generation of engineers! In this exciting role, youll be teaching Electrical and Engineering, along with related subjects, to students at levels 1 - 3. We are seeking someone with a passion for engineering and education. Youll be qualified to Level 3 or above in a relevant subject area (or equivalent) and have handson industrial experience in electrical engineering maintenance.

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (or equivalent), encompassing an NVQ and AM2 assessment.
- Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (GCSE 4+ equivalent)
- Relevant Teacher training / completing within 3 years of employment or 3 years of the first available course.
Essential Experience
- Industrial experience within the plant maintenance / electrical / pneumatic engineering sector.
- Experience of working with young people
While holding a full teaching qualification is not a requirement for this role, at least some demonstration, teaching, training or supervision experience is essential. It will be expected that you complete a teaching qualification in post, for which you will be fully supported financially, with dedicated mentoring by the College.
