We are seeking a dedicated School Cook to join our team in Kelvedon. This role involves managing the daily operations of the school kitchen, including ordering, prepping, and serving meals to under 150 covers per day. This is a temporary position starting in the week of the 19th May and running until the 18th July.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Order and manage kitchen inventory efficiently.
  • Prepare meals that are nutritious and appealing to students.
  • Serve meals in a timely and organised manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a school setting.
