We're now looking for a Regional Learning and Development Specialist to elevate performance and drive positive change across our South East region. This is a unique opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping a culture of excellence in our Specialist Care Division.

Your Role

As our new L&D Specialist, you'll lead training efforts across the South East, initially focusing on one of our three key sites. You'll thrive in this fast-paced, impactful role if you enjoy problem-solving, collaborating with teams, and delivering innovative, effective learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage learning admin, compliance tracking, and reporting to ensure regulatory alignment and training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with operational leads to identify skill gaps and design impactful learning programmes.
  • Analyse data to guide decisions and present business cases for strategic L&D investments.
  • Leverage digital tools to design and deliver scalable, blended learning solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven L&D experience, ideally in the health or social care sector.
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards, quality frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
  • Skilled in data analysis and confident in reporting to support learning impact and ROI.
  • Creative in using digital tools and platforms for learning delivery.
  • Relevant qualifications: Level 3 Health & Social Care Diploma & A1 Assessor Award (or equivalent).
