A wonderful opportunity to join a very well established business where team is incredibly important. Generous salary and immediate start. As the centre manager you'll be the main point of contact for your clients (ie the tenants in the building who rent office space or use the co working areas) Mainly these are innovative start ups, with a focus on tech as this is one of the newest and most exciting hubs in the East of England and part of a University Campus.

You will be supported by and lead your small team - including receptionist and an assistant manager. You'll deal with the day to day oversight of the building and keeping your clients happy as well as handling sales enquiries, the P&L, budget and team rotas.

As part of a university, this role will suit someone who thrives in a fast paced and contemporary environment with a mix of both flexible office space, co working and meeting rooms, and is specifically designed to meet the needs of the modern business and entrepreneur. An exciting opportunity to further enhance this centre, focusing on driving commercial performance. This is a key role in enhancing the sales, community engagement, operational and ultimate financial performance of the centre.

MAJOR OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:

To act as a figurehead for the Innovation Centre locally, regionally and nationally, creating success, selling and marketing the product offering whilst enhancing its reputation for excellence.

Operational Excellence: Deliver a world class service to the Innovation Centre community in facilities, support and collaborative connections and the training and development of your centre staff.
