Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early development? We are currently recruiting Nursery Assistants to join our friendly and nurturing team in Colchester, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Whether you hold a Level 2/3 childcare qualification or have relevant experience working in a nursery setting, we would love to hear from you.

As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s learning and well-being, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and positive environment where every child can thrive. You’ll work closely with qualified practitioners to deliver activities in line with the EYFS curriculum and build meaningful relationships with children and their families.

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
  OR
  Proven experience working as a Nursery Assistant in an early years setting

• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development

• A caring, proactive, and flexible approach

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
