? Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within health & social care? Proven track record in domiciliary care service management? Strong leadership and team motivation skills? Excellent knowledge of current CQC regulations and standards
Key Responsibilities:-
Leading and supervising a team of support workers

Developing, reviewing, and updating individual care plans

Conducting risk assessments

Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal audits

Supporting training, recruitment, and retention of staff
