Job Specification: Process Cycle Time Analysis Specialist
Our client is seeking an experienced contractor to conduct a comprehensive review of cycle times for a specific range of products within our production process. The successful individual will provide an objective analysis from pre-production through to final assembly and despatch, providing information back to stakeholders to enable cycle times to be updated accordingly.
Scope of Work:
- Evaluate existing cycle times for individual parts and assembly processes.
- Identify discrepancies in the current system times and propose accurate updates.
- Conduct a full assessment from pre-production to despatch.
- Provide recommendations for integrating revised cycle times into operational processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in process analysis and cycle time optimisation.
- Strong background in manufacturing or production engineering.
- Ability to conduct data-driven assessments and present findings clearly.
- Experience working with production teams to implement process improvements.
Deliverables:
- Detailed report outlining verified cycle times and discrepancies.
- Recommendations for improvements based on findings.
