- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering excellent service across all touchpoints.
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries/quotations.
- Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive premiums and cover options.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to clients on a range of commercial insurance products.
- Ensure all documentation and files are maintained in line with compliance standards.
- Work closely with Account Executives and other team members to support client retention and growth.
- Previous experience as a Commercial or Corporate Insurance Account Handler (essential).
- Strong knowledge of various commercial lines (Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Cert CII qualification is desirable (or working towards).
- Proficient with insurance software and Microsoft Office.
