Time Appointments are working closely with a prestigious independent pension’s consultancy located in Colchester, who are looking to recruit an experienced Pensions Administrator to join their friendly client focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding customer requirements in relation to their pensions
  • Resolving customer enquiries
  • Maintenance of records for department
  • Point of contact for complex enquiries
  • Assisting the team leader by deputising
  • Ensuring the work of less experienced colleagues is accurate
  • Provision of administration service including calculation of member benefit

Skills:

  • Experience and knowledge in pensions
  • The ability to carrying out complex pension calculations
  • Experience processing and collecting and inputting data and information as delegated
  • Computer literate - Full Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Willing to study towards relevant qualifications - QPA or PMI
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Motivated and Driven
