Tennial Personnel are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our client's warehouse team in Colchester on a temporary to permanent basis. After a successful 12-week period, there is an opportunity for a permanent contract. This role is working Monday to Thursday, 6am to 6pm and involves operating a forklift during night shifts and assisting with general warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate a Counterbalance forklift to safely and efficiently move stock and materials throughout the warehouse. Load and unload lorries, pallets and containers as required. Support general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, stacking and organising inventory. Maintain a clear and organised workspace in line with company standards. Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols during all operations. Accurately complete documentation and report any discrepancies to supervisors.Skills:Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in a night shift environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamQualifications:Valid Counterbalance Forklift License is essential Full UK driving license is beneficial but not requiredKeywords:Forklift Warehouse Nights
