We are looking for an experienced and creative Bid Writer to join our team and help us win new business through high-quality written submissions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Writing and editing persuasive content for SQs, ITTs, and tender responses
- Collaborating with project teams to gather technical information and shape strong submissions
- Conducting research to tailor responses to client needs and bid criteria
- Assisting with content creation for marketing, blogs, and social media where needed
- Maintaining a bid library and templates for future use
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Bid Writer or similar role, ideally within the construction or built environment sector
- Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
- Ability to translate technical information into engaging, client-focused content
- Strong research and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word (experience with InDesign is a bonus)
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple submissions
