This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 08.00am to 4.00pm.
The main purpose of this role is to work within a busy Operations department completing tasks using the in-house computer systems, speaking to customers via email and telephone and organising the logistical requirements of the operation. The role of the diary planner/confirmer will involve monitoring the diary on a day-to-day basis and to telephone customers to confirm appointments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, and will have the following skills/experience:
- Diary Management.
- Job allocations and good knowledge of the UK.
- Good customer service, the willingness to keep our customers happy.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable IT and systems and be able to work within a team.
