The Multi Trade operative will receive:
- Hourly pay of 21 per hour
- Full time employment
- All work local within a 15 mile radius of Colchester
The Multi Trade will have:
- Relevant qualification in a core trade
- Experience working within domestic properties
- Full UK drivers license
- Own van
The successful Multi Trade will be responsible for:
- Working in void properties
- Working within a property from start to completion
- Multi works including carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing and decorating
- Travelling to jobs
