The Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Progressor to bolster our close-knit Sales Progression Team. In this role, you’ll be the key link between our clients, solicitors, and everyone involved in the sales process, ensuring everything moves smoothly from offer acceptance through to completion.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Guiding our clients through the sales process, ensuring they’re informed and supported every step of the way.
  • Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other parties to keep things on track.
  • Providing regular updates to both clients and your fellow team members.
  • Tackling any issues that arise, with a calm and solution-focused attitude.
  • Keeping accurate records of all communications and transactions.
  • Ensuring everything you do aligns with our commitment to excellence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a big plus, especially in the property or sales sector.
  • A huge belief in customer service
  • A strong communicator who’s comfortable dealing with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
