We are seeking temporary staff to pick orders, label, and package plants for dispatch. This role requires immediate start and offers a dynamic work environment. Plant knowledge is advantageous, and prior experience in pick/pack is essential.

Day-to-day of the role:

Picking orders accurately and efficiently.
Labeling and packaging plants for dispatch.
Ensuring all packages are secure and meet quality standards.
Working within a team to meet daily dispatch targets.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a pick/pack role is essential.
Knowledge of plants is advantageous but not required.
Ability to work long hours on your feet.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Good organisational and time management skills.
