Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating Health and safety measures.
  • Working with clients in terms of project delivery.
  • Guiding and supporting H&S regulations
  • Liaising with contractors and stakeholders
  • Liaising with Clients and suppliers to obtain quotes, preparing invoicing and monitoring timesheets.
  • Managing multiple CDM portfolios

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of construction industry databases.
  • Qualification in health and safety - TechIOSH or NEBOSH
  • Knowledge of the construction industry terminology.
  • Driving licence
