Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinating Health and safety measures.
- Working with clients in terms of project delivery.
- Guiding and supporting H&S regulations
- Liaising with contractors and stakeholders
- Liaising with Clients and suppliers to obtain quotes, preparing invoicing and monitoring timesheets.
- Managing multiple CDM portfolios
Skills & Experience Required:
- Knowledge of construction industry databases.
- Qualification in health and safety - TechIOSH or NEBOSH
- Knowledge of the construction industry terminology.
- Driving licence
