We are seeking an experienced property professional to lead our Winsford team. If you are passionate about motivating teams, driving success, and making your mark on Cheshire's property market, this Estate Agent Branch Manager role is your opportunity to excel and grow.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to ensure alignment and focus on objectives.
  • Coach the team to achieve KPIs and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
  • Encourage team development and progression, supporting their career paths.
  • Focus strongly on generating new and repeat business to sustain and grow the branch.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
  • Liaise with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings tailored to their requirements.
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales, driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the branch operates within compliance standards and maintains a risk-averse posture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer position, or higher.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and communities.
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch.
  • Capability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and under own initiative.
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
  • Attention to detail.
