A Quality Manager opportunity is now available with a growing, fast-paced manufacturing business known for its commitment to high standards, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. The company is seeking a Quality Manager to take ownership of site-wide quality systems, processes, and culture.

This is a key role within the operations structure, shaping how quality is delivered across the business. You'll lead a small team, drive process excellence, and embed sustainable improvements across all departments. Quality Manager responsibilities include -

  • Developing, maintaining, and improving quality systems, documentation, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Ensuring compliance with customer requirements, internal standards, and regulatory expectations.
  • Leading internal/external audits, corrective actions, and quality improvement activities.
  • Using data-driven insights to identify trends, address issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Managing supplier quality performance, including assessments and ongoing development.
  • Training and coaching teams to strengthen quality awareness across the site.

Quality Manager desirable skills and experience -

  • Experience as a Quality Manager, Quality Lead or Senior Quality Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, auditing, problem-solving and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and embed a quality-first culture.
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement tools.
  • Confident using quality tools, data analysis methods and reporting metrics.
