- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users across the business
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support the Microsoft 365 suite and other business-critical applications
- Assist with ERP system support – Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is a strong advantage
- Collaborate with the wider IT team on projects, upgrades, and system improvements
- Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and maintain accurate documentation
- Proven experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and core Microsoft applications
- Exposure to ERP systems, ideally Dynamics AX
- Familiarity with supporting users in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly beneficial
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
