We’re looking for an experienced Interior Designer to lead the design and delivery of high-quality residential projects, including show homes and amenity spaces. You’ll take projects from concept through to completion, creating compelling client presentations and ensuring smooth, on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead residential interior design projects from brief to completion
  • Develop and present design concepts to clients, both virtually and in person
  • Collaborate with the Head of Design and Creative Director on innovation and design direction
  • Oversee procurement, budgeting, and supplier coordination
  • Conduct site visits with the Project Manager to ensure quality and design integrity
  • Mentor junior designers and help foster a collaborative, growth-focused team

What You’ll Bring

  • BA in Interior Design or related field
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in residential interiors, with a strong portfolio
  • Skilled in design software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Confident presenting to clients and engaging stakeholders
  • Full, clean UK driving license and willingness to travel between London and Essex
