Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Automower Specialist on behalf of our client based in Colchester, on a temporary to permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible Reporting to the Branch & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the demonstration, installation and commissioning of the Husqvarna Autonomous mower range including Ceora and EPOS. You will be required to fault find, supply and install equipment which will also include wired machines, and you will work alongside the Husqvarna specialist team and our Professional Groundcare Area Sales Managers. You will be required to have good computer skills due to the new technologies incorporated in these products along with general mechanical skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Previous technical experience and knowledge of Automowers or horticultural machinery is desirable
  • Repair and maintain equipment for customers associated with Automowers
  • Demonstrate, install and commission machinery Diagnose faults and successfully carry out repairs which may be chargeable, warrantable or internal type jobs
  • Work closely with Managers and Area Sales Manager regarding machinery and customer expectations
  • Manage existing customer accounts Liaise with customers and suppliers as required
  • Positively promote the Company image and its products Attend training courses as required by the company to maintain satisfactory levels of compliance and understanding
  • Able to work under pressure and to customer demands
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the business

Experience, Education & Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Be self-motivated
  • A team player-capable of working alone or with other team staff

Working hours are 40 hours per week, 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday
