Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading multidisciplinary practice offering a wide range of planning, architectural, and engineering services, and we're seeking a Town Planner to join our growing team.

From residential and commercial projects to renewable energy developments, the team of highly skilled Chartered Town Planners consistently deliver exceptional planning strategies and outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with site selection, site appraisals, and feasibility studies.
  • Coordinate and compile planning submissions, managing them through the determination and post-determination phases.
  • Work across a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, and renewable energy projects.
  • Work closely with clients, ensuring their expectations are met with professionalism and accuracy.

About You:

  • Experience in Local Authority or Private sector
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and broad planning interests.
