Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a Legal 500 firm who are looking for an NQ Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team in Colchester.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and assist on a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters, under supervision.
- Draft legal documents including letters of claim, instructions to counsel, and settlement agreements.
- Liaise with clients, experts, and counsel to progress cases efficiently.
- Support senior team members on complex, high-value claims.
- Contribute to negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with procedural requirements.
- Assist with business development and client relationship management.
About You:
- Qualified solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) with clinical negligence or relevant personal injury experience.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
- Team player with a proactive, client-focused approach.
- Commercially aware and eager to grow within a busy, supportive team.
