Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial law and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This role involves providing legal advice to clients on various commercial matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and contributing to the growth of our practice. This can either be a full-time role or a part-time role with some hybrid working available.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on a range of commercial issues, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to protect client interests.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and client consultations.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation that may affect clients' businesses.
- Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolutions when necessary.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex legal challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple cases effectively
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, with a minimum of 1 year PQE in Commercial Property (more experienced candidates are welcome to apply).
- Solid technical knowledge of commercial property law.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
