AJ Chambers is working with a regional law firm in Chelmsford and they are currently recruiting for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their team.

This firm fully embraces technology and AI to make its lawyers’ lives easier within the workplace. You’ll have a target of 3x your salary and will also be provided with secretarial support. You will be focusing on a range of disputes including:

  • Mergers & acquisitions
  • Management buyouts
  • Commercial contracts
  • Shareholder & partnership agreements
