The Role
- Working within a very well-established employment team lead by an employment partner with over decade of employment law experience
- Managing a mix of employment law matters both contentious and non-contentious
- Representing both employees and employers across both private and public sectors
- Able to offer on a full or part time basis
- Flexible working ability to work 2 days per week from home
The Person
- Must possess solid and well-rounded employment law experience
- Essential to be qualified solicitor with up to 3 years PQE
- Self-motivate individual who can build strong client relationships
- Driven and highly motivated with a positive outlook
- Able to work independently as well as being a team payer
- Friendly and caring attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer care
